We provide a high-quality recruiting solution for employers. We use our proven recruitment theory which combines role profiling and candidate assessment, understanding the job requirement, and then start our search with the Candidate relations management (CRM) tool. Once the candidate is hired, we also provide a thorough Employment verification (E- Verify) which includes 2-3 professional reference checks and drug screening if required at a very minimal cost.

The Lumination Technical Training School offers technical certifications for professionals, as well as works with parent company, Lumaxia, to help place individuals in their respective technical field.

We are proud to partner with Automation Anywhere to teach Robotic Process Automation Courses. This course will help prepare you to implement automation workflows in numerous different industries.

Our RPA Courses run for a total of 20 hours throughout 2 weeks. We meet from 8-10am EST, Monday through Friday during this time.

After registration, you will gain access to the course’s Google Classroom. Here you have the opportunity to connect with other participants in the course, as well as message the instructor. Extra Help will be available on an as needed basis, through both live one-on-ones, and supplemental materials.

Throughout your training course, there will be assigned modules that help you obtain two different “badges”: A2019 Citizens Developer and A2019 Bot Developer. At the conclusion of the course you will be prepared to take the Automation Anywhere A2019 Advanced Professional Certification Exam.

During your registration process for the course, you will have the opportunity to “add-on” the certification exam for a small fee. If you are unsure if you want to take the certification exam, you have the ability to wait until after the course to purchase.

Our instructors are here to help you become as comfortable as possible throughout your certification process! We offer additional training and support after your course session is over. Failed the exam the first time? We want to ensure your success, so you will be able to take the course over again at no additional cost.

The best example of this difference can be used by comparing Passports. On a United States Passport, all of the fields are in the exact same place and order (ie. Name, Date of Birth, Place Issued, Photo, etc). However, if we look at International Passports, the same information is required, but the location of the information varies. This results in semi-structured data. We are able to train our bots to look for certain information, like Date of Birth, regardless of where it lies on the Passport Page, because we know it is there.
